On day 13 I had an appointment to remove the staples on my incision. This was a first for me having somebody take out the staples. I have always done that my self. Anyway staples are a breeze, getting the second skin off to access them was another story. I now have a strange patch of hairless hip! LOL The incision looks great and and everything is progressing nicely. I'm walking up to 1 1/2 miles a day and things feel great.
It is amazing what was done in a 5" incision and put back together with 15 staples.
